Devlog - 14 [UI and tutorial]
I have a problem in itch that the save game gets deleted on each update (this doesn't happen on the github link). I've search a lot for different option and ended up liking Azure PlayFab. There's a lot to learn in there so for now I decided to log which sector people are playing to. This will also help me a lot understanding if people actually love the game. I'm not getting a lot of feedback from all the people playing and it's hard to know if people like the game or not. I think this will be a good metric to start with.
After I get used to PlayFab, I'll add the option to save the game on the cloud which would allow people to still play on the itch page. If everything goes well, maybe I'll add multiplayer in the future because PlayFab seems to support that very well.
